NASA Ames Research Center (NASA ARC) receives research support services from MCT as a subcontractor to Stinger Ghaffarian Technologies (SGT) on the highly publicized Intelligent Systems Research and Development Support (ISRDS) contract. MCT was SGT's major teaming partner in winning the recompete in 2008. NASA ARC receives the highest level of technical expertise in the areas of artificial intelligence (AI), knowledge-based systems, knowledge discovery and data mining, soft computing, nanotechnology, software fault diagnostic and automated software methodologies, system administration, systems engineering, software engineering and many other critical areas.


MCT provides information technology support services to NASA ARC as a subcontractor to Perot Systems Government Services on the ACITS contract, providing IT support in the disciplines of computational sciences research and technology development. Our personnel have performed excellently on this contract as measured by such metrics as average response technical performance, cost, and schedule performance (Award Fees for MCT Tasks have exceeded 95%).


MCT has managed the NASA Ames Internship Program in Code TI for the past 6 years. Through our experience and commitment to customer satisfaction, we have streamlined this program with value added technologies and first-hand knowledge of government regulations and procedures including complete processing for Foreign National Students.

The internship program is an educational outreach as well as a vehicle in which new and upcoming talent can be brought on center. MCT has strived to recruit a widely diverse and varied group for this program. We focus our recruiting efforts on the under-represented students in Universities across the U.S. This program has allowed students to network with established scientists in their industry and learns first-hand about the intricacies of day to day life at a NASA center. In addition, it gives the mentors a "testing ground" for potential new talent to bring aboard full-time after graduation.

Working closely with the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR), MCT developed (as a value added service offering) a proprietary web-based tool, NASA SMART (Skills Management and Resume Tracking) system. This versatile, multi-user, easy to navigate system accommodates all the needs of the Internship Program from beginning to end. NASA SMART is a web-based "match-making" database system. This unique database allows users of different capacities to access the site based upon classification. Prospective interns can select an area of interest and post their resume into a standard format for all mentors (Task Requestors) to view. Mentors can log onto the system and view all posted resumes, or with the use of a search engine, identify individuals by specific criteria. Candidates can be identified based upon key skills, educational background, scientific interest or past experience. Once an ideal candidate is located, the mentor can opt to set up an interview and/or hire the individual. The MCT Program Manager is electronically notified of all activity and coordinates all necessary administrative matters to bring the intern aboard. Once an intern is selected, the NASA COTR is notified via NASA SMART. The COTR is given access to all necessary information to manage the task.

This system has processed over a 1,000 potential applicants since its inception. Each year's program has successfully accommodated the maximum number of students (based upon funding sources) without incident.

JET PROPULSION LABORATORY - Institutional Services and Support (ISAS)

MCT provides JPL with Information Technology (IT) infrastructure experience in support of the Institutional Services and Support (ISAS) contract. MCT has been providing the highest quality personnel to JPL locating critical and highly specialized resources to meet JPL's strict requirements. Our outstanding personnel are highly recognized by JPL for their contribution in meeting their mission's goals. MCT has been providing world class personnel to JPL for the past 3 years and we have recently been awarded for our successful recruitment with a 3-year contract extension. Thus far, we have provided personnel in the following disciplines:

SAIC is assisted by MCT in support of SAIC’s SPAWAR Collaborative Force Analysis, Sustainment and Transportation (CFAST) contract. MCT provides highly specialized technical personnel in the fields of Software Development, System Architecture, System Engineering, and Systems Administration. MCT's personnel on the CFAST contract work in a variety of technologies which include, but are not limited to:

MCT has provided such outstanding technical personnel to SAIC on the CFAST contract that SAIC is now in the process of transitioning all subcontractor personnel and future positions to the MCT team.


MCT has worked with the Department of Health and Human Services for over three years. MCT provides Logistics management to numerous federal agencies which fall within the Department's jurisdiction. Among these are such high profile agencies as the Pentagon, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, United States Attorney’s Office, HUD, and the General Services Administration (GSA).

Due to the broad reach of the Department of Health and Human Services, MCT has cleared employees nationwide and Puerto Rico. MCT has employees working in Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Texas, Virginia, and Washington D.C.

For the purposes of this contract, MCT provides an Account Manager who serves as the direct point of contact for our customer and is responsible for the supervision of our employees and the management of the contract. Our Account Manager is stationed at our corporate headquarters in El Segundo, but travels across the country to the various agencies with whom we work throughout the year.
